Secrets of Sarah Palin’s Age

Sarah Palin is currently 44, an age characterized by emotional self-development typically expressed as pushing the boundaries emotionally. It’s an age at which people take gigantic emotional risks – typically risky love affairs endangering marriages – but also risky business deals which involve heavy emotional investment or even a climb up Mt Everest in order to heighten emotions, make us feel alive. It’s all about self-development in the emotional arena, and it’s an age at which we are likely to attract dangerous people.

As McCain is currently beginning an age of social aggression, he could very well be dangerous for her; but, by the same token, her loose cannon approach may be far more dangerous for him. They are both on an ego trip – his aggressive, hers emotional – and their partnership could be explosive.

In this emotionally charged and ego expanding age of 44 year we feel compelled to risk our emotions, open up, speak our minds and put our cards on the table. Sarah will be feeling emotionally strong, able to cope with whatever consequences arise from accepting the VP running mate position. She’s willing to pay the price of emotional honesty and risk all for a once in a lifetime ego trip. She’s more than ready, willing and able to give it a go, and will enjoy it immensely, but what about next year?

On 11 February 2009 Sarah will turn 45, an age characterized by emotional ambition typically expressed as a clash between family life and the lure of worldly success. It is a dangerous year of opposition between emotional energy (sensitivity) and material energy (ambition), and she will be torn apart.

Whether the McCain-Palin team wins, or loses to Obama and Biden, Sarah is going to have a very tough 2009. She risks having an emotional crisis which will either return her to family life, off the public stage, or cause her to ditch her family in order to follow her ambitions.

    Secrets of Joe Biden's Age

Joe Biden is currently 65, an age characterized by material analysis expressed as shrewd analytical accounting of every possible contingency. Right now, he is 100% practical, without ego or emotions or relationships clouding his judgment. He has spent the entire year planning his moves, his finances, assets and liabilities and in accepting to be Obama’s running mate his commitment to the big ticket is 100% solid. But what about next year?

On 20 November 2008 Joe will turn 66 and his material analysis will evolve into material relating, so a close partnership is very much his destiny for 2009. Obama did well to choose him as his VP, and Joe’s acceptance was based solely on his shrewd calculation of Obama’s winnability.

Typically, age 66 means gold-digging, marrying for money or being married for money, but it also means a business partnership in which the value of the partnership in terms of cold, hard cash is assessed by one or both parties and it is entered into on the basis of how much can be gained out of it. If Joe is the gold digger then he will be wise to remember that there is no free lunch and a pound of flesh is required; and if someone is gold-digging him, then he will be well aware of his worth.

Whether all of this means the Obama-Biden presidential team is successful over the McCain-Palin team, remains to be seen. Whatever, Joe will make Obama a very good VP because there is no ego, ambition or emotion on his part; and this contrasts sharply with the ego, ambition and emotional package that McCain takes on with Sarah Palin as his VP.
