At 62 he is in the Virgo-Gemini consolidation phase so his material communication will be expressed in terms of analysis and versatility, an ability to examine critically a plethora of information and to impart his analysis cleverly, not exactly giving everything away, probably having a bet each way, and doing so in a bright and breezy manner, even flippantly if necessary.
It would be a brilliant time for Mr Putin to write a history and bestow upon the world the benefit of the knowledge he has gained in his 62 years of life in Mother Russia- and as an added bonus he will undoubtedly make a lot of money from this, or some other communicative endeavor he embarks upon this year.
